Located just 10 minutes from I-10, 12 minutes from downtown Seguin, and 30 minutes from downtown New Braunfels Rustic Waters is the perfect home base for exploring the area's attractions. From waterparks to restaurants, there's something for everyone.
White Sand Beaches
Our resort features a 1/2 acre, fish free, swimming pond with white sand beaches, clear blue refreshing water, & palm trees. Feel like you are far away without all the haste!
Western Town Petting Zoo
Come hang out with our furry friends in our newly improved Old Western Town style petting zoo! We currently have a baby alpaca, baby sheep, baby micro zubu cow, and pygmy goats to play with. Other animals for observation include mini horses, horses, 2 large goats and ducks. Our petting zoo includes a shaded corn pit, hamster wheels for the kids to play on, brushes to brush and interact with the animals, and plenty of photo opps! Feed bags are available for purchase also.

Our RV Resort offers a variety of activities for the whole family, including a swimming pond, western town petting zoo, firepits, Cornhole, Basketball, Soccer, Horseshoes, grilling stations, and much more. We Offer Daily, Weekly, & Monthly Rates!
Monthly Rates: $625/mo plus electric. (Payment method on file required for electric billing) Water, Septic, WIFI, & Dumpster use is Included. Monthly prices are updated at checkout and must stay a minimum of 28 nights to receive monthly pricing.
(Long term visitors should have another form of satellite or wifi for television programing and/or streaming.)
Occupancy Policy
Occupants are granted a license to use the land without conveying any interest in the land itself and is revocable at will. Accordingly, a licensee my not sue to recover possession of the premises and eviction does not require civil process. By booking at Rustic Waters RV Resort you agree and understand that you are not a tenant and do not have vested interest in the property and do not obtain exclusive possession and control of the premise.
There is not a lifeguard on duty. The property is under construction. By entering the property you understand and agree that you are assuming all risk without exception.

- Keep in mind, there are free cabanas available. If you wish to wait until you arrive to see how busy the beach is, you can purchase the cabana rental onsite

- Each 12'x10' section is $50 to rent and has provided seating for 6

BEACH POLICIES
- 20 passes available per time slot daily. If no passes show up on portal, unfortunately we are booked for that time slot. You can view the availability calendar by clicking "Book Now or Pay Now" on our website, then click "availability calendar" typed in blue
- More than 10 people will be booked as a party. Please email us to make arrangements with your guest count and desired date so we are able to limit the remaining passes sold for your time slot
- Overnight guests have full access to the beach with no time limits.
- Swimming pond is 8ft deep by the water trampoline. It is a gradual depth decline, so lots of shallow area for non-swimmers.
- If wanting to book the entire 8 hour day at the beach, you must purchase both time slots.
- Guests may bring coolers, beach chairs, NO pop-ups/beach tents/umbrellas. Food & drink, including alcohol, is allowed. No glass bottles.
- Shared cabana available for free, umbrellas stationed around the beach. Private cabana rentals available for purchase.
- No digging in the sand to protect our liner
- No pets allowed in beach area.
- Beach pass purchase grants access to all park amenities, including shared cabanas, basketball court, horseshoes, volleyball, soccer, cornhole, grilling station, community garden, bathrooms & outdoor shower.
- We do have some beach loungers which are first come first serve. You may want to bring your own to be safe.
- NO DIVING OFF DOCK
- NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR GUESTS.
